Spring in January?

Spring is in the air! Maybe not, but it sure feels that way! Here is a lovely gal in her new 1950's cotton dress. I am so in love with yellow lately, well always really, it forever reminds me of my beautiful grandmother.
This photo was from October, I had misplaced it, but found it fitting for now.
And my how my grandmother would have adored this dress!

The perfect lace dress

This was one of my favorite dresses by far! I miss her already! 1950's black lace with so many tiers of lace making up the full skirt, so romantic. This gal was a lovely doll herself,I know she will have many an enchanted night in this piece!
