The daffodils are blooming in my 4x8 piece of heaven in my local community garden! I am so thankful to be a part of this magical green space in the middle of NYC! Thank you to all of the ladies and gentlemen who have worked so hard from the 1970's through today to keep these sacred spaces for us (and out of the hands of greedy developers). Forever I am in your debt.......What would the East Village be without you?
Stop by and see what's blooming at Dusty's!

One of our smart beauties!
Here is one of my favorite customers wearing two pieces from Dusty Buttons!
The first photo is a pretty 1980's black and white coat, the second is a fun 1970's red blazer, with metal buttons that have tiny stars. She has great taste in clothing, is stunningly beautiful, smart (I love talking politics with her), and is super funny!

Beautiful Bitrhday Girl
Here is a lovely gal in her new 1950's floral party dress. It was her Birthday and she bought this beautiful dress as a gift for herself. I do hope she wore it out that night! This dress has layers of sheer floral as well as the matching floral fabric underneath, and a built in crinoline. Made with such care and skill.
I am so glad it went to such a sweet gal!

The most beautiful belle at the ball!
Here is a beautiful gal that had promised to send me a photo of her, in her 1950's dress she bought for her prom. This dress was one of my favorites, such lovely details. Love the navy with the red pumps. I was so happy to sell vintage to a gal for her prom!! See there really are still cool girls out there!
Sorry no new posts lately I dropped and broke my 3rd camera! This is why I adore old Polaroids, you can drop them over and over, unlike these delicate digital cameras. Thank you to my sweet customers that send me photos. I so enjoy having each piece of history to remember!
